Shipping is always free over a minimum threshold. We offer various shipping options to best meet your needs. Any shipping costs will vary by shipping type and destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays.

The preparation requires from 24 to 72 hours starting from the first working day after the order confirmation.

Standard delivery takes about 2-4 working days (5-6 working days
in selected countries).

We work our hardest to create the highest quality and well-designed products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return any unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Any merchandise ON SALE is FINAL. 

Expressly indicated items from the Beauty&Skin section and masks are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made on the basis of the payment method selected at the time of purchase.

Returned packages should be returned through a prepaid, traceable method such as USPS, FedEx or UPS to ensure delivery and a refund or exchange. THE PRINCESS HOUSE STORE is not responsible for undelivered returns. Any international orders must cover all costs of additional shipping charges as well as any taxes and/or duties to cover the order.
